Welcome to the club for the fast infinite sandbox game. The principle is a game played on an infinite board that anyone can join and that lasts a limited number of moves so that a final winner can be crowned (both largest armies and greatest attackers).

We are currently in the build up to round 1 (https://www.chess.com/forum/view/chess-variants/fast-infinite-sandbox-game-1-sign-ups-open-61306583?page=1#last_comment) It will last 50 board updates starting on the 22nd of June end on the 21st of August (if everything goes to schedule)

If you want to play knowing the rules can help here they are:  https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/current-rules-1

The pieces obviously define the game, some are classic some are from variants. it's worth checking the rules for your piece even if you know them because some are a bit different to fit : https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/piece-list?page=1#last_comment

We will have special events ongoing. You don't need to know them as they will be announced in the board updates. But if you want to check them out and maybe even make suggestions. Here's the list of events: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/events-used

Every game we try to change the rules so we have a fresh dynamic game. They won't be changed after the game starts (although you still share you thoughts for next round) but if the round hasn't anyone can post their opinion and suggestions (I do have finally say though) here's the link: https://www.chess.com/clubs/forum/view/the-principles-for-game-1

After every game those with the largest armies and the strongest attackers end up in the hall of fame.

These rules use as initial basis Naviary's rules. His program is also used for the board. None of this would be possible without him if you happen to fall on this having not heard of his game here's a link
